Medical Assistant
South Florida ENT Associates is a large group practice with headquarters in Miami Lakes. We are looking for an experienced Medical Assistants for our Dade and Broward Offices.
The Candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Prepare patients to see the physicians.
- Facilitate lab tests and paperwork as needed.
- Assists the clinic nurse with clinical duties as directed.
Requirements:
- Medical Assistant certification
- The candidate should have knowledge of good clinical practice and excellent patient skills.
- The candidate should have knowledge of practice management software, scheduling, billing and electronic medical records.
- The candidate must understand South Florida managed care plans and have the ability to multi-task.

Hearing Instrument Specialist
The role of the hearing aid specialist is to provide hearing aid health care services of the highest quality to exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide in site testing, diagnostic evaluations, counseling and patient care.
- Sell hearing aids and accessories including batteries, special products, etc.
- Maintain all clinical records and charts as specified by SFENTA.
Requirements:
- Florida hearing aid Dispenser license
- Excellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationship with wide range of patients, colleagues and vendors.

Experienced Allergy Nurse - F/T M-F
The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of allergy practice. Kendall/Doral Areas.
Responsibilities:
- Perform allergy testing (skin testing)
- Order, mix and maintain current supply of serum for allergy injections
- Mixing vials
- Administration of Immunotherapy injections
- Insurance verification and scheduling appointments for testing/injections
Requirements:
- This position requires at least three years of practical experience working in an allergy practice
- Strong customer services skills
- Detail oriented and self motivated
- Good communication skills (written/oral)
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish preferred)
- Non-Smoker
- Neat/professional appearance
