Dr. A. Clifford Foster M.D., F.A.C.S.

A native of Harrisburg, PA, Dr. Foster began his medical education in 1967 after receiving his medical degree from George Washington University in Washington, DC. where he was an Avelon Scholar. He then completed a 1 year Internship in Medicine at the Veterans Administration Hospital and a 4 year Residency in General Surgery/Otolaryngology at the Washington Hospital Center. While completing his Internship/Residency, Dr. Foster also completed his Fellowship in Otolaryngology Pathology at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology. Immediately after completing his education, Dr. Foster opened his private practice in 1972 until 2001, when then he became a member of South Florida ENT Associates, P.A.

Dr. Foster is Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery, as well as a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Academy of Otolaryngology. He is also a Diplomat of the American Board of Laser Surgery. He is currently the Chairman of the Division of Otolaryngology at Mt. Sinai/Miami Heart Inst. He serves on the voluntary Faculty of the Jackson Memorial Hospital Dept of Otolaryngology and was awarded the Outstanding Clinical Faculty Award by the Resident Physicians of this institution.
