Joseph Alemañy is the Chief Financial Officer for South Florida ENT Associates, P.A. In this role, he oversees and directs all significant aspects of South Florida ENT’s financial, accounting, treasury and financial compliance operations. The Chief Financial Officer has the responsibility to uphold strong financial management and accountability while providing timely, accurate and reliable financial information. Joseph started as Controller of South Florida ENT Associates and soon after earned his position as Chief Financial Officer. The years at South Florida ENT Associates have been rewarding and challenging, both professionally and personally, and he has played an instrumental role in South Florida ENT Associates growth and success. Prior to joining the Executive Team at South Florida ENT Associates in 2002, Joseph Alemañy started his Public Accounting career as an Auditor with Ernst & Young, LLC working on a variety of clients across many industries, including Health Care. Joseph subsequently worked for a local Certified Public Accounting firm as an Audit Manager where he gained additional experience with audits, accounting and bookkeeping, reviews, compilations, due diligence, consulting and corporate, state, and individual taxes. His professional experience in audit, tax and consulting helped to develop his leadership, business operational, financial analysis and managerial skills.

Joseph attended Florida International University where he received recognition for academic achievement such as numerous placements on the Dean’s List and member of the Beta Alpha Psi Honors Society. Joseph earned his Master’s in Accounting and a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting with Honors where he graduated Cum Laude. Joseph is a licensed CPA who successfully earned his license having passed the Uniform Certified Public Accountant Exam with high marks on his first attempt. Joseph is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants [AICPA] and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants [FICPA].
