As a Human Resources Director Isabel is responsible to develop and implement human resources policies and procedures to insure effective management of the company’s human resources to include payroll, benefits, and employee relations matters in accordance with the overall goals and objectives of South Florida ENT Associates, P.A. (SFENTA).
Prior to Joining SFENTA, Isabel served as Director of Human Resources for Comprehensive America Care, Inc (CAC- Ramsay, Inc.), a Florida-based health maintenance organization, where she was responsible for the full range of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and organizational/management development. Her prior experience concentrated on personnel-related roles in service industries: Human Resources Director for CHS Electronics, (Fortune 500); Human Resources Business Partner for Servisair USA, Inc; Payroll and Benefits Manager for CAC (Clinicas Associacion Cubana); Payroll Supervisor and Tax Accountant for Borg Warner Corporation. Ms. Viteri attended the University of Miami and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management.
