Patti Nachmann, Manager of Business Operations, currently oversees the Payment Posting, Billing and Collections departments and works closely with Contracting, Credentialing and the company’s CEO. She is responsible for managing the submission and reimbursement of claims, ensure appropriate billing and payment, communicate all billing and insurance updates throughout the company, assist with training and provider billing processes to improve compliance and billing performance.
In 2000, she joined Dr. Jonathan Cooper’s (current Chairman of SFENTA) staff in Weston, FL. Ms. Nachmann was hired to work accounts receivable, she was quickly promoted to billing/claims supervisor and functioned as supervisor in the absence of the office administrator. She was cross-trained to every position in the office including assisting the physician with patients. In January of 2008 she transferred to the central business office of SFENTA and has recently been promoted to Manager of Business Operations. Ms. Nachmann is a native of Chile and moved to the US at nine years of age. She has completed course work with Broward College Registered Nursing and Healthcare Administration programs as well as Gold Coast Life-Health course work.
