Dr. Maliner received his medical degree in 1960 from Albany Medical College in Albany New York. He then went on to complete his one year internship in Surgery at Kings County Hospital in NY and his four year residency in Otolaryngology at Mount Sinai Hospital, New York. Dr. Maliner completed his Fellowship training with the American College of Surgeons and with the American Academy of Otolaryngology- Head & Neck Surgery.
Board certified by the Board of Otolaryngology, Dr. Maliner was a Clinical Assistant Professor at Southeastern University of the Health Science.
